The insurance category for the GPZ is the same as the ER5 so luckily Gwyn only had to pay for the transfer fee. I don't pretend to understand insurance categories, but it seems odd that the GPZ is the same as the ER5 with it having 20% more power all those expensive plastic parts etc.

| So having got the new bike we headed off for the day to put some miles on the GPZ. During the first 500mls the revs must be kept to 4,000rpm, this is 55mph so a bit of a pain but it needs to be done. We made our first stop at the famous Squires Cafe in Sherburn in Elmet. |
